Article Idea:
Zhang Yiwei, a Chinese male athlete, won the 6th place of the event in Sochi Winter Olympics, which is the best result of Chinese male athletes in this sports event. This paper intends to use CONTREX isokinetic myodynamia testing systems to analyze the biomechanical characteristics of the isokinetic concentric contraction of athletes’ knee-joints in excellent half-pipe snowboarding skill in our country, in order to provide certain reference basis for the strength training of athletes in excellent half-pipe snowboarding skill. The muscle group strength of flexion and extension of knee-joints drops greater under medium-fast and fast conditions. Therefore, it is necessary to reinforce strength training under medium-fast and fast circumstance. The average power of the isokinetic concentric contraction of the muscle group of flexion and extension of the double knee-joints reaches the maximum at the angular speed of ? °/s. The explosive force of muscle group of flexion and extension of athletes in excellent half-pipe snowboarding skill maximizes on one side at the above angular speed. It is suggested to reinforce the strength exercise and training of muscle group of flexion and extension of knee-joint on the other side, while strengthening athletes’ explosive force. If the specific value of the muscle group strength of flexion and extension of the double knee-joints is unreasonable, how shall we reinforce the training?
