A. There was no statistical significance (p > 0.05) between 24hr and 6hr groups but a real-time RT-PCR proved that the mRNA level of PSTK showed a statistically significant decrease (p < 0.05) in lungs at 6hrs and 24hrs, when contrasted to those from control rodents.
B. Western Blot demonstrated that,as compared with that in normal groups, the PSTK protein level was less expressed in both 6hr and 24hr groups. There was, however, no difference between 6hr and 24hr groups.
