你喜欢逢年过节走亲戚吗？商城君生活在一个大家庭，不光是传统上需要团聚的节日，连五一、十一之类的法定节假日都会一大家子聚在一起，很是热闹。
好像在商城君的同龄人里，很少有这样的大家庭团聚模式了。因为家庭成员外出工作、上学等原因，很难团聚，连从小长大的伙伴都很难见到。于是这些年轻人就更偏向于线上社交。这是“更冷漠了”还是“应运而生的新社交模式”呢？你怎么看？

为啥这届年轻人不喜欢走亲戚了？
As a matter of fact, young people are not “abandoning” their blood ties, but turning their focus to online socializing. According to a report by the social app Soul in May, about 60 percent of young people have no more than two close friends. For them, social apps have become the main way to expand their circle.
好像现在的年轻人将注意力更多地转向了网络社交。根据Soul今年 5 月份的报告显示，约六成年轻人的至交好友数量不超过两个。因此，社交软件也逐渐成为了他们扩大圈子的主要途径。
This change partly comes from the need for frequent moves in modern times. In the past, people tended to live life with or nearby their relatives in a fixed area. Long-distance migration is now common across the country, however. Gao Yuxiang, a student at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, is one of them. After his family moved, the 21-year-old has since been unable to get in touch frequently with his relatives. “I’ve found that online socializing is free from the restrictions of time and location, so I’ve gradually become more socially active online,” he said.
“频繁地换居住地”也许是造成这一现象的原因之一。随着城市化的发展，家庭成员之间住得更远了，也就不太便于经常走动。一位上海交大的学生就曾表示：他们举家搬迁后，就不太便于像以前那样和亲戚来往，网络社交不受时间和地点的限制，这就方便很多。
Online socializing is also favored by many because it provides spaces with a more personal feeling. For those who are uneasy with real-life socializing, doing it online allows them to escape from “embarrassing” social scenes while satisfying the need to make friends.
