    1.SCOPE OF SUPPLY AND SERVICES
    供应和服务的范围
    Supplier undertakes to perform the following Work required for delivery, installation, commissioning and start up of the Plant:
    供应商承诺履行设备的交付、安装、试车和开机所需的下列工作：
    The Supply FOB Genova Port/Italy (partial shipments permitted) as per INCOTERMS 2000 of the Equipment or for some parts Locally ex. Works in accordance with the description in Appendix 1 and more fully described therein, consisting of :
    按照INCOTERMS 2000以FOB热那亚港/意大利价（允许分批装运）当地工厂交货方式供应设备或设备的某些部分，如附件1的叙述及本合同的详细规定，包括：
    ·1 Unit of Gas Turbine Generator Set TBM-Trent DLE (gas fuel)
    ·1 套燃气轮机发生器TBM-Trent DLE（燃气）
    ·Supervision of Erection of equipment in Buyers Country.
    ·在买方所在国监督设备的安装
    ·Test, commissioning and start-up of the Plant as defined in appendix 1.
    ·按照附件1的规定，进行设备的调试、试车和开机
    ·Training of buyer’s personnel
    ·培训买方的人员
    ·Other services as identified in appendix 1.
    ·附件1中规定的其它服务
    Supplier shall comply with all laws and regulations regarding the protection of the environment on Site as it relates to Supplier’s scope of Work.
    供应商应遵守有关现场环境保护的所有法律法规，因其关乎供应商的工作范围。
    In case Supplier will use Buyer’s Site equipment, the Supplier shall reimburse the Buyer the amount according to the prior agreement.
    如果供应商使用买方的现场设备，供应商应按先前达成的协议向买方支付费用。
    In case the erection work can not be commenced, or has to be stopped, or in case the Equipment after completion of erection work can not be put into operation for reasons not attributable to Supplier, maintenance of the Equipment in the meantime shall be Buyer’s responsibility.
    如果安装工作不能开工、或者被停止、或设备在安装工作完成后不能投入运行，而这不是供应商的原因所造成，则在此期间对设备的维护应是买方的责任。
