The first-ever “Faszination Holzbau”, a conference and trade show dedicated to the wood construction sector, was held in St. Gallen, Eastern Switzerland, on Thursday and Friday 30 and 31 October. The event attracted 34 exhibitors and 280 conference attendees, and was generally considered a sound success. FEYCO AG also made an appearance with a stand and a small sales team. And FEYCO further served as a sponsor for the Thursday evening’s proceedings.Day 1 of the conference put a spotlight on current trends in the wood construction sector. The interesting programme was rounded off with an enjoyable evening event. And as a presenting partner FEYCO had a good opportunity to raise its profile here, too – not least by having its name and logo on the table decorations.Effective and sustainable management was the focus of the second conference day. The attendees enjoyed a number of presentations on these issues; and in between speakers they took the chance to visit the various show stands.
