Telling notes down two types of real life traces: first is accidental traces produced by activities; second is marks created with tools deliberately for noting down the emotional meditation about life. Telling uses marks to increase memories about time with physical movement to realize the emotional design. It is a carrier of life records. We make self-reflection and self-exploration through telling. Doreene Clement wrote “…”. Even though diary is the most common way of noting down life, it’s not suitable for all people because of various writing abilities and troubles of confused thoughts and no start which cover up the original intention of telling, i.e. sorting out and noting down life. What we need is not a perfect ability of expression, but to pick up memory, introspect life, learn oneself better and clarify the thoughts, emotions and reflections to some people or something. Based on it, what people need is only a carrier of emotional meditation. With the situation that people experience time and events constantly and do self-reflection, self-exploration and self-recognization ceacelessly, telling garment turns to be a content of life. It keeps the story of emotional meditation to be fortune that others can’t own when events have gone away. Telling is not only noting down life but also recording surrounding people and experiences to let people enjoy the experience better and remind themselves why they acted a certain way.
